Since beginning her psychotherapy practice in 2018, Abigail has built over 10 years of experience in community mental health and supportive care settings. Her background includes crisis response, residential mental health, developmental services, and trauma-informed support, all of which continue to shape the compassionate and grounded approach she brings to therapy.
Abigail has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, complex mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, acquired brain injuries, and life transitions. Her work has included crisis intervention, emotional regulation support, safety planning, behavioural support, and person-centred care across phone, text-based, and in-person settings.
This foundation allows Abigail to approach therapy with both clinical insight and genuine empathy, particularly when supporting individuals and couples navigating caregiving roles, mental health concerns, and systems of care.

Abigail is not a stone-faced therapist; she brings warmth, personality, authenticity, and humanness into the room so the therapeutic relationship feels connected, comfortable, and real.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique needs and experiences. Modalities that inform Abigail’s work may include:
